Quiet Time for Kids and ACTS Bookmarks

One of the things I have loved most about being home this summer is time the children have for personal Bible reading.  What a wonderful habit to develop early! Each morning the big kids read their Bibles on their own and pray for 15 minutes.  (They usually do not sit together like in this picture!!)  It has become one of their favorite parts of the day.

While the big kids are reading and praying, the twins and I are working on kneeling and being still during prayer.  The twins practice The Lord’s Prayer, and we read Bible stories together.

The big kids have been working on the ACTS prayer model.  I made these bookmarks, and you can print one, too!
